• John Hood Principal - With 16 years experience as a manufacturers representative, John Hood serves the consultant and engineering community for The Farm. John enjoys bike riding, fly fishing, and scrap booking.
• Phil Klinkenborg - Manufacturers Rep. Phil comes to us from the produce industry. After Phil's storied career in vegetables and whatnot, eight years ago he donned a rep-cap. Phil has been on the road repping ever since. On weekends, Phil enjoys shooting things, fine beer, and the occasional bike endeavor. A little known fact about Phil is that he used to be in produce. Feel free to ask him.
• Larry Lauzon - Manufacturers Rep. Larry handles the Hawaii, Alaska and Market Street in San Francisco territories. After many years as a successful writer and engineer, Larry decided to harvest the fruits of his labor with a cushy rep job. When he couldn't find one, he ended up at The Farm busting one all day long. Larry enjoys Wheel of Fortune, wine that comes in boxes, and cars that begin with the word "Buick."
• Jon Skinner - Manufacturers Rep. Jon is a well known musician in the Sacramento and SF Bay Areas, playing on many recordings and national TV broadcasts. Jon works at The Farm as one of our fine representatives. Just ask Jon to put you on the guest list at one of his many important musical dates. I am sure he will.
• Brendon Brown - Manufacturers Rep. Brendon comes to us after 10 years as a tour manager and front-of-house engineer for numerous national recording artists. Brendon is handling many of the larger retail accounts and all of the live audio houses in the North West. Brendon has a dog named Archie. The veterinarian recently installed a credit card reader directly in the dog as to save time.
• Marie Hood - Customer Fulfillment. Marie was forced unwillingly back onto The Farm after her secret customer service skills were accidentally made public. Marie enjoys falling off of things and breaking stuff.
• Tara Wolfgramm - Customer Fulfillment. In addition to her duties at The Farm, Tara attends Arizona State University full time at the W.P. Carey School of Business. She selected this fine institution after hearing of John Hood's exploits there the previous three years. Tara has experience as a senior customer service manager at one of our major factories.
• Jim Loppnow - former Principal of Loppnow & Associates, brings to the organization many years of professional experience in Audio and Video sales. In his spare time, Jim enjoys pitching hay, instead of product. He is not quite ready for the pasture.
• Bob Connelly - former Co-Principal of Loppnow & Associates, brings over 20 years of extensive experience and success in Professional Audio/Video sales, management and leadership. His specialties are in the areas of Sales, Training, Presentations, Entertainment and Motivation. Currently, Bob is adjusting to his new role on The Farm as "Mr. Greenjeans". His outside interests include driving tractors, fixing field equipment, shooting rodents with hi-powered weapons and fiddling around.
• Sue Loppnow - Customer Fulfillment – as the former Office Manager/Sales Administrator for Loppnow & Associates, Sue helps make this transition seemless, as our dealers rely on her for handling their orders and inquiries promptly and thoroughly. Sue is now also in charge of closing the Barn door after the animals get out.
Providing continued professional service and support to our Customers is our primary goal, along with helping to create a smooth interface between Manufacturer, Consultant, Dealer, and End-User. Achieving and maintaining these goals will maximize sales and profits for everyone involved in the selling process.
